Hello everyone,
 
I would like to know where I can find information regarding maintaining a
Listserv site (not only list owners manual).  Things such as creating a new
list are the responsibility of the maintainer, right?  Where can I find more
info about those?
 
I have a evaluation copy of listserv and the manual for the list owners,
but no reference to actually maintaining a Listserv site... (eg. how to
create a list, etc.)
