If you use 1.8e you can create a CONTENT_FILTER template to catch the OOO
message. We use something like this:

Subject: Out of the office
Action: REJECT Out of Office messages are not allowed on this list.
Text: I will be out of the office
Action: REJECT Out of Office messages are not allowed on this list.
