Perhaps a new list for  discussing all sorts of terror, conspiracies,
and general supposed theories of who is behind all of this is in order?
 
   Also, can we  please keep personal replies (i.e.  things  that DO NOT
belong on this list) off of it?  Some of us need to be more careful when
we reply!
