If you were a LISTSERV postmaster all you'd have to do is issue an UNLOCK
command and GET and PUT the header, since you are a defacto owner of all
lists on the server.  Thus my suggestion that Matt contact the LISTSERV
postmaster (maintainer) at TAMU.
