None really, other than this is not your list's problem,
but an internal LISTSERV problem and appears to be happening
to many or all LISTSERV distribute jobs traversing those
backbone sites.
 
I'm sure Eric + company are on the job (at least I hope
they didn't make a change and then go on vacation ;-))
