Hi there,

I am the primary listowner for CleanRun-L, a dog agility list, on LSoft
(@apple.ease). The listname was set by the founder of the list (no
longer a listowner), who also happens to edit a publication of the same
name. They have a trademark on the name Clean Run, but have allowed the
email list to use the name for the last 3 years or so.

There is no connection between the two entities, but there has been a lot
of confusion about this, with people thinking that the magazine and the
email list are run by the same people. Because of this, the editors want
us to change the name of the email list so people won't have that sort of
confusion. Considering their trademark, we are in no position to argue.

So, we would like to change the name of the list to AgileDogs. (No -L,
just to save length.) How exactly would we go about doing this? All of
our templates have the "generic" names in them, so there is nothing there
to change - it would just be a matter of announcing it to the list,
adjusting the header, and having the change made on the server. At least
I think so!

Please let me know what we need to do to have this change take place.
Thanks very much!
