I don't know Paul.. I'm certainly for inclusion.. but there are some lists that the blind
and/or otherwise disabled just won't be using probably.. so I do think MIME or
NOMIME is up to the listowner, who would't have to be anti progress or pro-progress
in the decision.. just fitting the header to his/her list probably?

I like MIME and have at least one list defaulted to MIME, but the welcome message
says at the git go that if the subscriber's email program isn't MIME complient to either
email me or send the SET LISTNAME NOMIME command.  Since most if not all the
subscribers to that list have MIME compliant email programs and can use them, it
seemed best.. for *that* list.

So, again.. no one way is "the best" way I think.
