I did a REView of your list and abstracted all /mcimail/ addresses:

Also, if you have not already done so (unless MCI has removed
the need for this), issue the listowner command
 
SET WPCORP-L SHORT822 FOR *@mcimail.com
 
since it is my recollection that MCIMAIL will reject all mail
recipients if one of those recipients bounces.  This SET cmd
makes sure that there is one recipient per distribution.  It
would also help you ID the failing userids (at MCIMAIL) in the
future (at the expense of increassed WAN traffic).
