Brad,

It looks like there's some confusion between two keywords.  Subject-Hdr
adds the name of the list in brackets, i.e. [LISTNAME], at the beginning of
the subject line.  Topics are used to filter messages that subscribers with
to receive, and in order for them to work the person posting the message
needs to begin the subject line with the topic name followed by a colon,
i.e.

FLUFF: Silly Stories

The subject lines you set out above don't have a topic in them.  It looks
like you have Subject-Hdr set [ADND-L] just fine, but the subject lines
should have looked like this:

Re: [ADND-L] PERS: here goes nothing ...
[ADND-L] TSR: WOTC!!!
Re:  [ADND-L] TSR: WOTC!!!

Your subscriber is receiving all mail without a valid topic line because
the only topic he has set is OTHER.  He needs to decide which topics he
wants to receive and set them specifically.
