Look, when  IBM makes  a nice  marketing show about  some new  product or
other where you can get free soft  drinks, they are required to fill in a
form  stating the  commercial  value  of the  food  and/or drinks  before
government representatives can show up, and they will get a check for one
Coke at $0.50. It's  stupid, but it's the way it is. The  best you can do
is tell them what they've asked for and let the issue rest.
