Yes, this feature is still available in the 15.0/15.5 web interface. To
enable it for all lists on the server, edit the sitewide SKIN template and
change +SE LISTMM 0 to +SE LISTMM 1. Whenever a list is selected, a "Send
Mail-Merge (List)" option will now appear in the "List Management" pull-down
menu. If you only want to enable this feature for a specific list, instead
of editing the sitewide SKIN template, you can make the same change in the
list-specific SKIN template. Make sure that you are operating under Expert
Mode to see the full set of option on the mail-merge page.
