  Depends on what you want to do, completely unsubscribe from LSTOWN-L
  or just change your subscription so that you receive individual mail
  messages.   Both involve sending a message to: [log in to unmask]
 
  To completely unsub, the message should be:   unsub lstown-l
  To get individual mail messages instead of digest, the message should
                                          be:  set lstown-l mail
