I would like to add banners to my mail messages.  I see in the 1.8b
release notes the TOP_BANNER and BOTTOM_BANNER are discussed, but there
is no example on how to do this.  I have never done a 'template' before
on one of my lists.  Can someone tell me where to find an example, or
send me one?
 
What I most want is a banner on the digest version of the lists.  Will
TOP_BANNER/BOTTOM_BANNER appear on every mail message, and digest
message?  Or can the regular mail and the digestified mail have
different banners?
