I wasn't able to find the bottom banner on this particular message
using Eudora, which is pretty good about showing everything. It's
also missing on the archived message at the website. Here's the link
(a long URL, sorry if it splits):

I'm beginning to wonder if Listserv has a bottom banner problem with
"Content-Type: multipart/mixed." Here's another example, a message
with an attachment of some sort:

Any ideas?
