Hello All,

I can't seem to get my top or bottom banners to work on one of my lists
(ICAENEWS-L)(I have tried them at both the top and bottom of messages).
The funny thing is, they appear when messages are posted for recall on
CataList,
( http://listserv.american.edu/archives/icaenews-l.html ) but they do not
appear on the same messages when the server e-mails them to individual list
subscribers.

Any guesses as to what's wrong?  TIA.
