You could set up the list to be something like

*Reply-To= List,Respect

But not all mail programs (like mine, for example) will interpret the
Reply-to field to mean anything special.  BTW, this configuration would
mean to reply to the list unless the reply-to field from a given person
said to do otherwise.

Maybe there is a way to include 2 addresses in the reply-to list header?
