As regards Taylor Roberts' posting today, I am concerned that sollicitations
of this kind may start an avalanche of similar, equally deserving Calls for
Help on Funding Information.  Postings of this kind are getting close to chain
letters, and we may not want to saturate limited channel capacity in such a
way?
 
I should like to commend Mr Roberts, though, for sounding us out.
