I'm not sure making  the file available in its raw format  is such a good
idea.  This isn't  a description  I wrote  to answer  the question  but a
standard part of  LISTSERV 1.7f, the file LISTSERV uses  to validate list
header keywords when you update the list  via PUT. It is only useful as a
list of existing keywords with some hints about the syntax.
