Delete this person from your list is the only cure.

AOL allows people to selectively refuse to receive email.  there are
several methods (list of addreses to excluded, receive all other; AOL
supplied filter; list of addresses only to accept from; etc)   The short
version is this person is refusing to accept mail from your list so there
is no way for you to reach them.  So, since this is a conscious choice by
the member, delete is the only thing you can do.
