UBVM has recently switched from BITNET LISTSERV software to
L-Soft LISTSERV software and, sorry Eric, I've got a minor gripe.
 
I used to get the list header with the put info already installed and all
I had to do was enter my password, after making the needed changes, and
send it off.  I "got" the header today for the first time since the change
and the "put" instructions are no longer there.
 
It's a very minor point as I can easily put them in, but it was handy. Was
there a particular reason for getting rid of that?  Was it an oversight?
Something else?  Is it due to the new "safety" feature to prevent
accidental replacement of the entire list?
 
I'm doing this via email, not interactively.  And 99% of the time I use
nolock.
