I have tried to put a welcome file to my list. I have read a lot
     of stuff. But I still don't know how to do it.
 
        1.  Is the command
 
            put listname filetype pw= xxxx ?
 
        2.  I assume one must have access to the mini disk. I have asked
            my postmaster to include me in the FAC file (I read somewhere
            you had to do this to put a file). But he does not know what
            to do. Can anyone point me to documentation for my postmaster?
