   From section 4.8, "Subscription renewal" of the List Owner's manual:
 
"It is possible to waive subscription renewal for certain users (such as
list owners, editors, redistribution lists, etc.). In order to do this,
simply issue the command
 
   [QUIET] SET listname NORENEW FOR net-address
 
to LISTSERV."
