For what it's worth, note that "distribute jobs" from your external-listserv
are arriving here but are being rejected since external-listserv isn't known
to our LISTSERV server as a legitimate registered LISTSERV server.  (You'd
need to register that name with L-Soft so it would appear in the INTPEERS
database.)
