According to this error report, the USF users no longer exist, unless
USF is having a mail outage that has lasted this long.  Let them go.

The "unable to relay" is usually caused by misconfigured anti spamm
software.  Its saying "I never heard of me".

You can adjust the times with your * Auto-Delete= keyword.  You can
increase the delay to a few more days, or just turn it off by setting to
no.
