I run a List with * Subscription= By Owner set for security purposes.
Acordingly I have to use the "add listname userid username" command to
subscribe users.  Sometimes a user wants to receive a digest or index.  In an
ideal world the user should obviously do this themselves.  Often however it is
easier for me to do it with the "set listname options for userid" command.

One question - can I set options at the same time as I subscribe the user (or
does it require two commands) and if so what is the syntax.

PS I know that I can set default options but most people are happy with the
default (i.e. mail) when they subscribe.
