Hello,

One of our lists is sending 2 copies of each posted message to all of
the lists subscribers. When I look at the archives of the list, there
is indeed 2 copies of each message. When I look at both copies, the
time sent is the same but on the second copy of each message the
Bottom Banner has been added twice.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
