I'm regularly surprised that people don't seem to use the wonderfully
convenient Web-based interface for managing LISTSERV lists.

If you have it installed, going to the manage the list page, then to
configuration and templates lets you do this in an amazingly convenient
way.  And that bottom banner has saved me dozens of hours of hassle --
just telling people how to unsub and who to contact if they have
problems is an extremely efficient move.
