A quick note of thanks for the responses with excellent suggestions remedy
this problem.  The SERVE command did it.
 
I was unaware of LSTSRV-L.  I am going to lurk there and see how well that
may meet my needs.  I do appologize for using this list for a purpose it
was not intended to address.  The original listowner of my list suggested
the Administration Team subscribe to this LSTOWN-L to get any help we
might need.  Again, thank you for your understanding and help.
