   Subscription= Open,Confirm
   Validate= No

   You could even use Validate= Yes, but it would require their
personal password or confirmation to unsubscribe.  However, it should
be noted that if they are sending their commands via a web browser
mail client or web interface they will be required to confirm the
command via email unless the Site Maintainer for that LISTSERV site
has coded WEB_BROWSER_CONFIRM= 0 in their site configuration.
