I had not seen this, but our recent upgrade of Office 365 to Wave 15 (Exchange 2013) seems to have had the effect of removing the organization of a "reply" such that the live mail headers are included in the body of the message.  I can find no "settings" that will change this.  We are still using 1.8d, so perhaps this will not be an issue when we move to R16.
