It automatically takes the first listed Editor and makes them a Moderator
unless there is a Moderator= line so no.  But if you want other Editors
then you need to have them in the Moderator=line as well as yourself...
This is confusing I know..

They have to be an editor but not necessarily a Moderator...  So if
they're a Moderator they also need to be an editor, but if they're an
editor they don't need be a Moderator...

Thats the way I understand it...  Eric can correct or explain better
though :)
