The problem is not  that PLUM is being slow. The problem is that
Webtv.com and webtv.net, for whatever reason, are blocking mail from
PLUM. WEBTV subscribers must complain to WEBTV -- we cannot
force WEBTV to accept the mail, but the paying customers have much
more leverage.
