Aside from the others who have commented on possible difficulties with the
PUT operation, and differences between LISTSERV-LITE and LISTSERV Classic,
you should know that only some of the control messages are in the
DEFAULT.MAILTPL file.  Only the ones in this file can be translated.
There are other messages hard-coded in other areas of the program that are
in English and cannot be changed.  (Well, if you want to contact Eric
about a custom language version of LISTSERV for $$$$$$$$$$$ I'm sure he
would be happy to do it...)
