There's no 100% certain way to test the validity of an email address
short of sending mail to it and seeing if it bounces. If you set
Send=Private so that only subscribers can post and use passive probing
to eliminate invalid subscriber addresses, you will limit the
opportunity for someone with a bad address to post.
