The Spam detector on HISTARCH grabbed it this morning. If the documents have
indeed been declassified, than they should be on file at any and all regional
government document repositories (government document libraries).
 
However, many of the regional depositories have specific instructions as to
who can see certain material. These documents may fall under this category.
