Based on yesterday's discussion and my own tests, I have added the lines
below to my site's CONTENT_FILTER:

Subject:: Message Recall Failure:*
Action: DISCARD Probable mistake in recalling previous message
Subject:: Recall:*
Action: REJECT Please don't send RECALL commands to a LISTSERV
discussion list

Hopefully these lines will make my discussion list archives a bit
cleaner.

Subject and body of the message generally are the same - based on the
samples that I've seen... a one liner.

There was nothing outstanding about the headers. Even the message-ID
was different.

I am perfectly capable of learning from my mistakes. I will surely
learn a great deal today.
