I have a list that spawned another list several years back.  Now the 
spawned list is ending.
 
I'd like to merge the archives of the spawned list into the archives of 
the original list.  This is on a Linux platform & LISTSERV 14.4.
 
Can I just copy each spawned-list log file to the end of the 
original-list log file (listserv site maintainer operation)?  How would 
I cause the index(es) and web archives to be rebuilt?
 
If I can do this, I know article numbers will change ... this is a good 
time, as the original list is quiet right now.
