Check the archives for the past 30 days. Someone else on the list saw my
plea for help with the same problem and he actually reached a live person at
AMERICAN.EDU and they actually turned it off for the both of us. I *think*
he posted it here on the list. If not, I'll do a search of my messages to
see if I can find the address of the person he reached.
