I've exhausted my own resources, and I'm hoping someone here can help.
I'm part of a local discussion group on the life and crimes of Jack the
Ripper, and it seems to me that with the recent publication of the
Ripper "diary" there is a significant level of interest in this topic.
 
I would like to start and administer a list for the scholarly discussion
of this topic, but do not have a site.  Is there by any chance a generous
sysadmin out there who might consider letting me run such a list from
their machine?
