I posted a message to a list yesterday, and now people are responding
     to the list, and a chain reaction is spreading like fire. I issued a
     get list statement to stop this from happening, but it was determined
     to finish the jobs it had stored first. I have shut down the listserv
     server, but when I bring it up I'm afraid the subscribers will
     continue to get mailed. What can I do to stop this????
