I have a question regarding MSGACK. It is listed in the manual as a
short "TELL" acknowledgement. Since TELL is something related to BITNET
(or interactive mode ?). Am I corrrect in thinking that for a non-BITNET
host it will be similar to NOACK.
 
MSGACK is BLUES-L default but we have very few BITNET or VM site
subscribers, most of the subscribers are contributing via the Internet
and private ISPs.
