This  is not  a LISTSERV  problem, no  matter the  circumstances LISTSERV
would never put more than 5 people  in a single 'To:' field. In fact, the
'To:' field was  a single line, 'Multiple recipients blah  blah'. All the
other stuff is inserted by MCI.
