Setting NOMAIL did not work, as the user's account could still post. We got
hit with around 600 dupes in one day, killing all houston.rr.com and
austin.rr.com accounts helped. We discovered that all the dupes from various
sources had "Return-Path: [log in to unmask]" and inserted
filters to auto remove these without processing them.
