The Subject: line of any/all confirmation messages is hard-coded.  (This is
required for the placment of the approval "cookie" code number.
Parts of the body of the CONFIRM1 template message are hardcoded if the
command being confirmed is a Subscribe.  However, you can edit the template
message yourself and avoid using the hardcoded part.
