01/23/99   For people who insist on being on the bleeding edge.  File is called
'intel.zip'  (not intel-oci, or intel-ooo, or others you may see there)
This is for WinNT intel ONLY.  download it into your x:\LISTSERV directory, stop
LISTSERV and then unzip the file there and let it write to the various subdirs
underneath it.  This can only be used to update an existing installation, it is
NOT for a new install.  All your settings, lists, etc are preserved, but a
backup is always a wise idea.  Don't forget you have to manually copy the wa.exe
to the correct cgi/scripts directory.  You must have a 1.8d LAK or this will not
start.

You can find build-date by sending the command SHOW LICENSE  Build date is the
last item.
