My organizations' list is hosted on a Alpha VMS system at St John's
University.  They are running V 1.8d.

Currently, messages with attachment are received by the list members as
encoded by the originators EMail program.  It would appear that Listserv is
removing something that the receiving EMail clients need to recognize that
an encoded message is being received.

Is there any way to set up the list that would "fix" this problem?

This is an "old" list so Attachments=Yes is set by default and all of the
list members are NOACK REPRO

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
