Well, I guess you could implement the TOPICS feature, and set everyone but
yourself to ALL -OTHER. You would be SET to ALL. Then when a message came
through with an "unauthorized" SUBJECT: line, you could rewrite it or
reject it for redistribution.

Hmmm, a poor-man's filter would be the SIZELIM= keyword.
