If I'm not mistaken, if Subscriber=By Owner, then the subscriber will
receive a confirmation message that needs to be approved before the request
is sent to the owner.

Probably a simple question:
I want both controlling subscriptions by the list-owner
(subscription=by owner) AND a confirmation (for validating the
EMail-Adress) by the subscriber (subscription= open,confirm). Is this
possible?
