 I need some advice on this.
 This morning I received a letter from an organization claiming that the
 name I have given to my list is a trademark (by that organization).
 Actually the name of my list is by one character different then the name
 (apparently trademark). Now, because of this they are asking me to change
 the name of my list and their lawyers are indeed preparing a letter
 to officially request from me to change the name.
 
 How many lists are out there in the same situation having names similar
 to trademark-ed names? If I'm forced to change the name, what else is going
 to happen.
 
 Honestly, I did not know of their name, AND I don't think list names
 are trademark issue. I'm not even claiming any rights to the name, it is
 just a name I saw appropriate for my list!
