Is there a way to put the INFO template on all lists at once?

Hello,

I'm new to LISTSERV so I don't know if this is possible.

I have an INFO Template that I would like to use on all of the lists on
our LISTSERV.  Is there a way to put this one INFO template on each one
with a command or do I need to go into each list and cut & paste?

Let me know if this is possible or where to look in the manual.
